How to Handle Failed Prize Payouts
The Payouts page gives you full control and visibility over prize distribution. It allows you to identify failed payouts, understand the reason for failure, and take action directly without external support.
Go to the Payouts page
Navigate to the Payouts section in the back office to view all prize payouts and their statuses.
Identify failed payouts
Locate payouts with a Failed status in the list.
Review the error details
Click View on a failed payout to see detailed error messages and understand the cause of the failure.
Common reasons may include:
Bonus configuration issues
Temporary API errors
Player restrictions at the time of payout
Retry a failed payout
Select the payout you want to retry
Click Retry to attempt the payout again
Important Notes:
Automatic retry logic is already in place, but manual retries give you additional control.
When using bulk retry, ensure you select the correct payouts.
Avoid retrying old failed payouts that may have already been handled manually to prevent duplicate rewards.
What happens next
The system will attempt to process the payout again
Successful retries will update the payout status accordingly
Failed retries will remain visible with updated error details
