How to Exclude Players from a Campaign

Sometimes you may need to exclude specific players from a campaign, for example, if they were added by mistake or no longer meet your target criteria. When managing a campaign, the Player Selection step lets you control which players are included and also allows you to remove players manually when needed.

Manual UserID Exclusion

Use this method when you need to exclude specific players individually, such as removing ineligible players or correcting players who were added by mistake.

Bulk Exclude Players

Use this method when you need to exclude a specific group of players.

CSV File Requirements:

• The file should contain one column.

• Header (first row): player_id

• Remaining rows: list of player IDs, one per row.

• File format must be .csv
