How to Cancel a Campaign
Cancelling a campaign allows you to stop an active campaign before it finishes. This is useful for correcting mistakes, halting undesired campaigns, or making adjustments before they impact players. Use this feature carefully, as cancellation is immediate and cannot be undone.
Open the campaign
Locate and open the active campaign you want to cancel in your campaign list.
Click "X Cancel"
Find the “X Cancel” button next to the three-dot menu (⋯) and click it to start the cancellation process.
Confirm Cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm that you want to cancel the campaign to proceed.
Campaign Cancelled
The campaign will stop immediately, and no further actions or payouts will occur.
Once cancelled, the campaign stops immediately, no payouts will be issued, and the action is irreversible, so review your decision carefully before confirming.
